Do I need any special equipment or gym access?

Ideally you would have access to a gym or a basic level of gym equipment. However it is not essential to your success but will improve the results you achieve on the program

What kind of results can I realistically expect?

This entirely depends on you, I give you everything you could possibly need to succeed but ultimately its up to you (Although you're never alone through the process)
